Metal product manufacturing is one of the core areas of our business. We process different kinds of steel and also other materials, which we shape into the form desired by the customer. The metal fabrication is located in the production plant in Hronský Beňadík. We offer the possibility to ship the products to any location according to the customer's requirement.
When preparing the product, we can provide you with recommendations regarding the construction, design, as well as with proposal of appropriate materials to be used (for your product). The products can be surface-treated by zinc in our own hot dip galvanizing line . We can mark the products with a barcode, logo or label upon request.
Activities and services provided:
- Plasma cutting, thin sheet metal shearing
- Drilling, turning, milling, die cutting on a hydraulic or mechanical press
- Steel sheet bending, bending by bending press, tube bending
- Welding with MIG, WIG (we own a WPQR certificate)
- Grinding and finishing of products, surface protection
- Hot dip galvanizing (zinc bath dimensions 4500 x 1800 x 1200mm, efficient size 4100 x 1500 x 1000)
